Comaron, hereafter referred as "Comaron," "Company", "we," or
"us", provides a unique demand based cost optimizations for dealers
and buyers across India. Comaron also provides a platform for
manufacturers and sellers to keep updating their product prices and
reach out to large set of buyers. Comaron, brings the latest updates
in the field of construction industry.
The following terms and conditions constitute an agreement
between the user and Comaron ("Comaron," "Company", "we," or "us"),
the operator of Comaron website and mobile app, By using the
application/site, and/or by registering with us, you will be
signified that you agreed to these terms and conditions of use,
including that your consent to the information practices disclosed in
our "Use Policy", which is incorporated herein by reference, and that
you are agreed to comply with applicable laws, governed and
interpreted by the country. Please note that we offer the mobile
application and site "As IT IS" and without warranties. If you are
registering an account on behalf of an individual or entity other
than yourself, you represent that you are authorized by such
individual or entity to accept these Terms of Use on such
individual's or entity's behalf.
Comaron respects copyright law and expects its users to do
the same.
It is Comaron policy to terminate in appropriate
circumstances Registered Users or other account holders who have
infringed the rights of copyright holders or of whom Comaron has
reasonable grounds to believe that they have infringed the rights of
copyright holders.
The Comaron/Comaron account is primarily associated with your
email id OR mobile number OR GST Number. The account is to be used by
the owner of the registered email id or mobile number or GST number
only.
Any incident of sharing your account details inclusive of
email and password will be subject to the account being blocked
without warning.
In case your account is being accessed simultaneously in
multiple devices at the same time, your account will be blocked
without warning.
Content Terms
"Content" means The Website and their entire contents,
features and functionality including but not limited to all
information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, and
the design, selection and arrangement thereof are owned by Dgist
Software Pvt Ltd, its licensors or other providers of such material,
and are protected by copyrights and other relevant laws of India and
international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other
intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. This Policy permits
you to use the Website for your use only. No right, title or interest
in or to the Website or any content on the Website is transferred to
you, and all rights not expressly granted, are reserved by Comaron.
"Website" means the "Comaron", currently located at

"App" means the Comaron App available at "Google play
store", "Apple app store"
"Collective Content" means, collectively, Comaron Content
and Registered User Content. Certain areas of the Site and App (and
your access to or use of certain Collective Content) may have
different terms and conditions posted or may require you to agree
with and accept additional terms and conditions. If there is a
conflict between these Terms and terms and conditions posted for a
specific area of the Site, Services, App or Collective Content, the
latter terms and conditions will take precedence with respect to
your use of or access to that area of the Site, Services, App or
Collective Content. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new
features that augment or enhance the current Services in future
shall be subject to these Terms; they will be posted to the Site as
available as well as to the App and you are deemed to have accepted

www.comaron.com specifically provides a "Print" icon for printing.
"www.comaron.com" reserves the right to restrict printing and
downloading for any content on the website.
"Comaron Content" means Content that we make available
through the App, Site, Services, including any Content licensed from
a third party, but excluding Registered User Content.
"Registered User" and "you" means a person who successfully
completes Comaron user account registration process, as described in
the "Account Registration" section below; "your" applies as the
meaning of the clause requires.
"Registered User Content" means Content a Registered User
Orders, posts, uploads, publishes, submits or transmits to be made
available through the App, Site, and Services.
User must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create
derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish,
download, store or transmit any of the material on the Website,

You may store files that are explicitly intended/informed
for the purpose of user download
if we provide desktop, mobile or other applications for
download, you may download a single copy to your computer or mobile

We are solely a connection platform for merchants and vendors
and we do not intend to sell or hold units.
The information provided inside the application is solely
based on inputs collected from merchants and vendors. Any other use
is not permitted under the terms.
Any content depicting amount/prices/monetary values are pure
estimation and indicative in nature. Any concerns regarding the same
need to be sent at hello@comaron.com. No other channel of communication
will be entertained.
Content Standards
These content standards apply to all User Contributions and
the use of Interactive Services. User Contributions must in their
entirety comply with all applicable local and international laws and
regulations. Without limiting to the terms below, User Contributions
must not:
Contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent,
abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory or
otherwise objectionable.
Promote sexually explicit or pornographic material,
violence, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion,
nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
Infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or
other intellectual property or other rights of any third-party.
Infringe the legal rights of others or contain any material
that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under
applicable local and international laws.
Promote any illegal activity, or advocate, promote or assist
any unlawful act.
Cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety or be

Impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity or in
affiliation with any person or organization.
Involve commercial activities or sales.
Be likely to deceive or give the impression that they
emanate from or are endorsed by us, or any other person or entity.
User Obligation
You may use the Website/app only for lawful purposes and in
accordance with the user policy.
You promise that:
You are of legal age to form a binding contract with the
Comaron
You will not use the Website/app in any way that violates
any applicable local or international law and regulations.
You will not send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use
or re-use any material which does not comply with the 'Content
Standards'
You will not impersonate or attempt to impersonate the
Comaron, an employee of Comaron, another user or any other person
or entity.
You will maintain the strict confidentiality of your User
Information,
You will not allow another person to use your User
Information to access the Services,
You will not involve in any and all damages or losses that
may be incurred or suffered as a result of any activities that
occur under your User Information. You agree to immediately notify
Comaron, Inc. in writing by email of any unauthorized use of your
User Information or any other breach of security. Comaron, Inc. is
not and shall not be liable for any harm arising from or relating
to the theft of your User Information, your disclosure of your User
Information, or the use of your User Information by another person
or entity. Any attempt to obtain unauthorized access or to exceed
authorized access to the Site, Services, App or Collective Content
shall be considered a trespass and computer fraud and abuse,
punishable under national, provincial, state and federal laws.
Comaron, Inc. hereby notifies you that any or all communications
with this Site can and will be monitored, captured, recorded, and
transmitted to the authorities as deemed necessary by Comaron, Inc.
in its sole discretion and without further notice. Notwithstanding
the foregoing, as a Registered User, you remain responsible for
your individual compliance with any additional applicable
notification requirements related to the unauthorized use of User
Information or Registered User Content.
Content Modification
Comaron reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to
modify, discontinue or terminate the Site, Services or App or to
modify these Terms, at any time and without prior notice.
If we modify these Terms we will post the modification via
the Site or App or provide you with notice of the modification.
We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time
in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we
post them and apply to all access to and use of the Website
thereafter. Your continued use of the Website following the posting
of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the

App License
The scope of License: This license granted to you for the
Licensed Application by Application Provider is limited to a
non-transferable license to use the Licensed Application on any
Devices that You own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules.
This license does not allow you to use the Licensed Application on
any Devices that you do not own or control, and You may not
distribute or make the Licensed Application available over a network
where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.
You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or
sublicense the licensed website/app. You may not copy, decompile,
reverse engineer, disassemble, and attempt to derive the source code
website/app, modify, or create derivative works of the licensed
website/app, any updates, or any part thereof. Any attempt to do so
is a violation of the rights of the website/app provider and its
licensors. If you breach this restriction, you may be subject to
lawful actions. The terms of the license will apply to any upgrades
provided by Application Provider that replace and/or supplement the
original Product unless such upgrade is accompanied by a separate
license in which case the terms of that license will apply.
Post, upload, publish, submit or transmit any Content that:
Consent to Use of Data: You agree that website/app Provider
may collect and use technical data and related information, including
but not limited to technical information about Your device, system
and application software, and peripherals, that is gathered
periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product
support and other services to You if there is any, related to the
Licensed website/app website/app Provider may use this information,
as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify You, to
improve its products or to provide services or technologies to You.
Termination. The license is effective until terminated by you
or Comaron. Your rights under this license will terminate
automatically without notice from the Comaron if you fail to comply
with any one or more terms of this license. Upon termination of the
license, you shall cease to use the Licensed website/app, and dispose
of all copies of the content, material full or partial, of the
Licensed website/app.
Third Party Materials & Services. The Licensed website/app
may enable access to Provider's and third party services and web
sites collectively and individually. Use of the Services may require
Internet access and that You accept as additional terms of service.
You understand that by using any one or more of the Services,
You may encounter content that may be deemed offensive, indecent, or
objectionable, which content may or may not be identified as having
explicit language, and that the results of any search or entering of
a particular URL may automatically and unintentionally generate links
or references to objectionable material.
You agree to use the Services at Your sole risk and that the
Comaron shall not have any liability to you for content that may be
found to be offensive, indecent, or objectionable.
With respect to the Comaron website/App, we will unlock
access to add on fuctionalities for a limited period of time in
accordance with your Pro plan. The Pro plan can give differential
access to different kinds of content and functionalities.
In accordance with all the above terms and subject to your
payment of the appropriate subscription fee for the services you
subscribe to, and your agreement to and compliance with the terms and
conditions set forth in this agreement, www.comaron.com grants to you
a non-exclusive, non-sub licensable, non- transferable license, right
to use and access the www.Comaron.com content (the "licensed
materials") from multiple places/locations/computers at "different
times." You are not allowed to access the www.comaron.com content
from multiple places/locations/computers at "same" time. Agreeing to
the terms of this agreement includes the following:
Thereby you are only allowed to use the licensed materials
for the specific package(s) and matter to which you have subscribed.
Each package has its own subscription fees and duration.
User Content Terms
Comaron does not claim ownership of any Content that you post
on or through the Service.
Instead, you hereby grant to Comaron, in perpetuity, a
non-exclusive, fully paid and royalty-free, transferable,
sub-licensable (through several tiers), worldwide license to use,
reproduce, view, communicate to the public by any means, print, copy,
(whether onto hard disk or other media), edit, translate, perform and
display (publicly or otherwise), redistribute, modify, adapt, make,
sell, offer to sell, transmit, distribute, license, transfer, stream,
broadcast, create derivative works from, and otherwise use and
exploit the Content that you post on or through the Service, subject
to the Service's Privacy Policy.
General Prohibitions
Prohibited Uses You may use the Website/app only for lawful
purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree not to

To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits
anyone's use or enjoyment of the Website/app, or which, as determined
by law, may harm the Comaron or users of the Website/app or expose
them to liability
Additionally, you agree not to:
Use the Website/app in any manner that could disable,
overburden, damage, or impair the website/app or interfere with any
other party's use of the Website/app, including their ability to
engage in real time activities through the Website.
Use any robot, spider or other automatic devices, process or
means to access the Website/app for any purpose, including monitoring
or copying any of the material on the Website.
Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material
on the Website/app or for any other unauthorized purpose.
Use any device, software or routine that interferes with the
proper working of the Website/app.
Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs or

Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar or offensive;
Promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred,
harassment or harm against any individual or group;
Is violent or threatening or promotes violence or actions
that are threatening to any person or entity; or
promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances.
Use, display, mirror or frame the Site or App, or any
individual element within the Site, Services or App, Comaron, Inc. or
Comaron's names, any Comaron, Inc. trademark, logo or other
proprietary information, or the layout and design of any page or form
contained on a page, without Comaron, Inc.'s express written consent;
Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Site or App,
Comaron, Inc.'s computer systems, or the technical delivery systems
of Comaron, Inc.'s providers;
Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any
Comaron, system or network or breach any security or authentication
measures;
Avoid, bypass, remove, deactivate, impair, descramble or
otherwise circumvent any technological measure implemented by
Comaron, Inc. or any of Comaron, Inc.'s providers or any other third
party (including another user) to protect the Site, Services, App or
Collective Content;
Forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header
information in any email or newsgroup posting, or in any way use the
Site, Services, App or Collective Content to send altered, deceptive
or false source-identifying information; Attempt to decipher,
decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software used
to provide the Site, Services, App or Collective Content;
Interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, the access of
any user, host or network, including, without limitation, sending a
virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing the Site,
Services or App; Collect or store any personally identifiable
information from the Site, Services or App from other users of the

Comaron, Inc. will have the right to investigate and
prosecute violations of any of the above to the fullest extent of the
law. Comaron, Inc. may involve and cooperate with law enforcement
authorities in prosecuting users who violate these Terms. You
acknowledge that Comaron, Inc. has no obligation to monitor your
access to or use of the Site, Services, App or Collective Content or
to review or edit any Collective Content, but has the right to do so
for the purpose of operating the Site, Services and App, to ensure
your compliance with these Terms and the Privacy Policy, or to comply
with applicable law or the order or requirement of a court,
administrative agency or other governmental body having jurisdiction.
Comaron, Inc. reserves the right, at any time and without prior
notice, to remove or disable access to any Collective Content that
Comaron, Inc., at its sole discretion, considers being in violation
of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or otherwise harmful to the Site,
Services or App.
Disclaimers
No Diagnostic Service
The app is primarily a connection platform and is not
intended to serve the following needs: a shop with own units to
sell.
Because the app has not been designed, intended, or
authorized for such unauthorized purposes, you shall not use the
site, services or app for such purposes or under such
circumstances.
You further acknowledge that the use of Comaron's site,
services, and app for such unauthorized purposes may constitute a
violation of laws applicable to the registered industries in India.
No Warranty
Your reliance upon the content obtained or used by you
through the site, services or app is solely at your own risk.
Verified Rates
The verified rates is a feature by which the team
acknowledges that the rates are provided by the seller or by an
authorized representative of the seller. However the decision that
a price is verified is based on limited information, knowledge
available at the time hence the verified price might change or may
be inaccurate.
This feature is intended to solely reduce the communication
gap between sellers and buyers. The platform verifying a price is
in no way providing a guarantee of the price.
Privacy
We collect several types of information about visitors and/or
users of our Services. We may collect this information either
directly when you provide it to us or automatically as you navigate
through the Websites or App.
We will collect and process your personal data when you
register for a Service/create a user account, subscribe to a
service, newsletter, pro plan and submit feedback, enter a contest,

automatic and manual information-blocking features.

The Registered User agrees and warrants that they have
removed all identifying information regarding the person in the Image
and the relatives, employers or household members of that person.

including street address, city, county, precinct, zip code, and their
equivalent geocodes, except for the initial three digits of a zip
code, if according to the current publicly available data from the
Bureau of the Census:

The initial three digits of a zip code for all such
geographic units containing 20,000 or fewer people is changed to

All elements (except year) for dates directly related to an
individual, including birth date, admission date, patient encounter

Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Comaron, its
officers, directors, employees and agents, harmless from and against
any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, proceedings
or demands including, without limitation, reasonable legal and
accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your
access to or use of the Site, Services, App or Collective Content, or
your violation of these Terms.
Limitation of liability

Applicable law/jurisdiction
Except as provided in the addendum applicable to your
specific jurisdiction provided with the Terms and except where
mandatory law supersedes this choice of law clause, these Terms shall
be governed by the laws of the India.
Notices
Any notices or other communications permitted or required
hereunder, including those regarding modifications to these Terms,
will be in a written form and given:
By Comaron, Inc. via email (in each case to the address
that you provide); or
By posting to the Site; or
By posting to the Site; or
Via the App. For notices made by e-mail, the date of
receipt will be deemed the date on which such notice is
transmitted.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes between you and Comaron arising out of or
concerning these Terms, including but without limitation any dispute
as to the interpretation of these Terms, any alleged breach of these
Terms, the right of a party to exercise any right or remedy herein
provided which have not been settled by informal negotiations or
mediation, shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance
with the Indian Laws and the place of arbitration proceedings shall
be conducted in Uttar Pradesh State.
General
The failure of Comaron, Inc. to enforce any right or
provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of future
enforcement of that right or provision. The waiver of any such right
or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a
duly authorized representative of Comaron. Except as expressly set
forth in these Terms, the exercise by either party of any of its
remedies under these Terms will be without prejudice to its other
remedies under these Terms or otherwise.
If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any
provision of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, that provision
will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the other
provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

System Requirements
You have to use a www.comaron.com recommended version of
operating system, Internet browser and any other required software to

Access to course content:
You shall be allowed to use the licensed materials for the
specific package(s) and matter to which you have subscribed. Each
package has its own subscription fees and duration.
Order:
Most of the information collected in the registration
process will be used to process orders. During the order process,

information as prompted by the applicable sign-up form.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality of your password and account and for any and all
activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify

Violations
